Purchase Procedure
1. Customers can shop for products on the website https://okfaifa.com 24/7.
2. Customers can view product details on the website. When satisfied, they can add items to the cart, located at the top right corner of the website.
3. Once the shopping process is complete, customers proceed to payment by clicking the “Check Out” button. Registered customers must Log In to access the Check Out system. Unregistered customers can click “Register New” or "Login Google" before proceeding to Check Out.
4. On the Check Out page, customers can review items in the cart, product prices, shipping fees (if any), and the total amount. They can modify or cancel orders before confirming the purchase.
5. After reviewing and confirming the order, customers proceed to payment by clicking “Confirm Purchase.”
6. For credit card payments, customers can choose to pay with a credit card through the OPN service immediately.
7. For bank transfers, customers must complete the transaction within 7 days after confirming the order. Payment can be notified through the payment notification page, attaching proof of payment or sending proof via email: [email protected] or LINE ID: @okfaifa.
8. After confirming payment, the store will send an order confirmation to the customer’s registered email.
9. The store will ship the products along with a receipt.
10. Once the products are shipped, tracking numbers and shipping documents (if using a private carrier) will be sent to the customer’s registered email.

Product Warranty

Shipping Policy

• Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed.

Product Exchange Policy

• Items being exchanged or returned must be accompanied by the payment receipt.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges
• No shipping cost for exchanges or returns made at the store.
• In cases of manufacturing defects, the seller is responsible for shipping costs. Reimbursement of return shipping costs will occur after inspection.
• If the customer wishes to exchange or return the item, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
